Here at Induigence Silver & Gems we provide the following delivery options:
1st Class Royal mail ( 1-3 days ) £2.50
Special Delivery ( Next Day Delivery ) £4.50
International Delivery ( 5-10 Days ) £9.99
Christmas delivery, last order date to guarantee delivery on 24th December are as follows:
Recorded Delivery - 17th December
Special Delivery - 23rd December (by 12 noon)
All standard orders will be despatched within 2 working days
Orders must be placed before 2pm to qualify for guaranteed next day delivery
Please note that indulgence do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Return Policy & Instructions
All products offered by Indulgence are protected by a 7 Day Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused condition. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery at your own cost for:
- A full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, gift packing, or other charges.
- A product exchange
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used or marked.
